Tomorrow Today is set to launch a bold initiative that will give young people a voice and help to achieve a stronger future for Benalla. Known as Full Impact, the project will help young people develop the skills to inform, advocate and participate in civic governance systems.

Tomorrow Today is looking for a diverse group of young people, aged 11-19 years, to form the Full Impact Advisory Committee. The committee will take part in a series of workshops run by the Youth Affairs Council of Victoria aimed at developing the skills and knowledge to lead and influence change in the community. Young people will gain important communication, negotiation, problem solving, presentation and leadership skills.

“Benalla’s young people have fabulous ideas and many are really passionate about our community. They will lead the Full Impact project to capture the energy, hopes, concerns and issues of their peers to ensure their voices  shape the future of Benalla. We really encourage young people to get involved in this exciting project.”

If you know of a young person aged between 11 to 19 years living in Benalla who would be interested in participating, please contact Alex Ross, Student Engagement and Transitions Coordinator, on 5762 1211.
